This is caused by excessive blow-by from the PCV valve. 0 Cdi OM642 engine, its had turbo replaced & now the engine runs lumpy as if the EGR is faulty. Sounds like a leaking seal somewhere past the turbo outlet, down the silver charge air pipe, into the EGR mixing chamber, to the intake manifolds.
