For the audio you could work without a mixer by connect the Model D audio out (s) to the TR-8S audio inputs. Connect the trigger out from the TR8s to the Crave. I can't seem to accomplish this no matter what I do. Same powerful sequencer but with samples. You get faders, big buttons and knobs, plus a (tiny) display.
